11 days til the 5K disney run

i have a 5K run on the 16th, and i signed up for this months ago. and what have i done? nothing!! i haven't been practicing.. no training whatsoever. how sad. but i still have 11 days to train for this. so this is my schedule:

sept 5 - run 30 minutes
sept 6 - treadmill 45 minutes
sept 7 - run 5K
sept 8 - rest day
sept 9 - run 30 minutes
sept 10 - treadmill 45 minutes
sept 11 - rest day
sept 12 - run 5K
sept 13 - elliptical 45 minutes
sept 14 - run 30 minutes
sept 15 - rest day
sept 16 - THE DAY!!!

let's see if i can follow this schedule. good luck to me, master procrastinator

as for my diet, i haven't been good. but i do want to go back on track. here's what i've had so far:

breakfast
1 cup unsweetened soymilk
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich

snack
1 grapefruit cup

lunch
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich
1 banana

snack
1 grapefruit cup
